Selina and Kolja run the Impact Clinic. Their experience in various projects, student organizations and impact planning workshops makes them uniquely qualified to lead this project.

NGOs often lack the knowledge and capacity for effective impact management - while wanting to improve since internal and external demand for accountability and effectiveness grows. But affordable and tailored support remains scarce.
